If the weather is good between Christmas and New Year we are thinking of flying to Cleveland. We will hire a car and drive to Washington DC via Mt Hope. We are considering this so we can visit a leather business that John (brother) is negotiating to buy a sewing machine from. The leather business is Weaver Leather and the surrounding parts look interesting. Weaver Leather is located in the scenic rolling hills of central Ohio and nestled in the heart of Amish country in Mt. Hope.  Apparently, it’s a beautiful drive, and not as difficult to get to as you might think. They encourage visitors and have a vast product showroom and museum as well.
